Academic Background: Born on July 19, 1973, in Baku, Bayramov graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 1996, earning a degree in jurisprudence. In 2002, he completed a second degree from the same university in economics and econometrics.
Tax Law and Legal Practice: Before transitioning to senior government roles, Bayramov built a robust career in corporate law, tax legislation, and international arbitration.
