Shanghai Shenkai Petroleum & Chemical Equipment Corporation, a Chinese company, is negotiating with Azerbaijan's Vanguard Energy Company for the supply of oil equipment, Peter Niu, a representative from the corporation, told Report.
He made the remark on the sidelines of the IADC Drilling Caspian 2025 Conference & Exhibition held in Baku.
Niu highlighted that Shenkai has been a supplier to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) for over a decade. "We are currently in talks with Vanguard Energy for the supply of equipment worth approximately $500,000. We anticipate finalizing the agreement within this year," he said.
