Mirzoyan: Peace deal with Baku a significant step, but long road ahead

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has called the initialing of a peace agreement between Yerevan and Baku an important development, Report informs, citing Armenian media.
"Peace has more or less been established, but we are still at the beginning of the road," Mirzoyan stated.
He emphasized that the peace process is long and requires both caution and attentiveness:
"Peace is a long process that demands careful attention and prudence in every word spoken."
Despite progress, Mirzoyan noted that several unresolved issues remain between the two sides:
"Currently, the sides are not firing at each other, and the risk of escalation is close to zero, but many challenges still persist."
