Kremlin: We are ready for dialogue with Ukraine

Russia is ready for dialogue with Ukraine to settle the crisis, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs, citing TASS.
According to him, Ukraine is currently in a difficult situation: "Despite this, official Kyiv does not consider the opportunities."
