Helicopter with 23 people on board makes hard landing in Russia

A Mi-8 helicopter has made a hard landing in the Russian city of Kaliningrad, Report informs referring to Russian media. There were three crew members and 20 passengers on board. A well-informed source at Khrabrovo Airport emphasized that the incident occurred due to bad weather and strong winds.
