Hakan Fidan: Ensuring peace in region is priority of Türkiye's foreign policy

Ensuring peace in the region is a priority of Türkiye's foreign policy, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said in his speech at the Grand National Assembly (TBMM), Report informs.

He said that Türkiye's fight against terrorism is also the main component of this course.

Fidan said that Türkiye's struggle will continue until the last terrorist is destroyed: "Terrorists are no longer a serious threat to Türkiye. They are more of a threat to the security of Syria and Iraq. Terrorists continue to exist with the support of third powers."

The minister pointed out that the fight against terrorism continues successfully: "The 'leaders' of the terrorists are killed as a result of the operations."
