Explosions in Crimea destroy several Russian ships 

A series of explosions, took place on the Crimean Peninsula, which is under the temporary occupation of Russia, and destroyed several military ships, military journalist Andriy Tsaplienko said, Report informs, citing UNIAN.

The Sevastopol bay was completely closed, and entry to the area was prohibited.

The Admiral Makarov frigate, the new flagship of the Black Sea Fleet after the loss of the cruiser Moskva, was among those destroyed.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not yet confirmed the information.
