WSJ: Zelenskyy allows for proportional exchange of territories

During talks with his American counterpart Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy didn't rule out the possibility of exchanging territories, Report informs referring to The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) citing European officials.
At the same time, the Ukrainian leader pointed to the constitutional barriers of his country.
He also emphasized the difficulty of implementing such plans due to the need to relocate the population and legal restrictions.
Zelenskyy said that he could consider proportional exchanges, the publication notes.
