As protests continue to rage across Venezuela, the country's Attorney General, Tarek William Saab, has announced the arrest of at least 15 individuals for acts of vandalism and destabilizing actions.

According to Report, Saab made the announcement via the social media platform X. He revealed that nine people, including a 15-year-old teenager, were "detained while committing acts of vandalism and setting fire to party headquarters" while people were inside.

The targeted building was the headquarters of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) located in the city of El Tigre, within the Simón Rodríguez municipality.

In a subsequent update, Saab disclosed the arrest of six more individuals, three of whom were leading protests with the alleged intention of destabilizing the situation. Upon their arrest, authorities seized gasoline, several Molotov cocktails, knives, and stones from the suspects.
