Unknown person stabs 3 people in Japan’s shopping center

An unknown assailant with a knife has wounded three people in a shopping center in the Japanese city of Niigata, Report informs referring to NHK TV channel.

The attack took place in the Riverside Senshu shopping center. The attacker first wounded two women, one of whom was taken to the hospital conscious. The second received minor injuries and was not hospitalized.

The attacker was detained on the spot, but another person was slightly injured.

The police are investigating.
