Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto believes that the European Union applies double standards when dealing with Georgia, Report informs via Interfax.
"The example of Georgia shows how scandalous double standards are in the world. If liberal parties win in a country, it's perfect for Brussels, but if national forces win, it's a crisis," Szijjarto said during a joint briefing with Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili.
He also stated that such double standards in politics are now a thing of the past with the arrival of the new administration led by US President Donald Trump.
