Syrian Ministry of Defense denies reports of military withdrawal from Damascus

The Syrian Ministry of Defense has denied information about the withdrawal of armed forces from Damascus and its surroundings, Report informs via TASS.

"Any reports about the withdrawal of our armed forces units, which are present in all areas of Damascus, do not correspond to reality," the statement indicates.

Earlier, media reported about the withdrawal of Syrian Armed Forces from the capital city.
