Russia has no intention to attack Europe, discussions on this topic are manifestations of provocation or incompetence, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, Report informs.
"As for Russia's aggressive plans regarding Europe, I would like to emphasize once again that this is complete nonsense and has no basis whatsoever," he stressed.
