Poland demanded €2B from EU for arms supplies to Ukraine

Poland has given the European Union bills for arms supplied to Ukraine for 2 billion euros, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said in an interview with RMF radio, Report informs.
According to him, Poland transferred MiG-29 aircraft, T-72 tanks and 14 Leopard-2 tanks, artillery shells and other ammunition, man-portable air defense systems, and drones worth €2.2 billion to the Ukrainian army.
"We handed over bills for 2 billion. This is very good news for Poland. Very good news for the Polish budget. With this money we will be able to buy the most modern weapons," he said.
