The top leadership of the United States is unaware of where Iran may have moved its enriched uranium stockpiles following American strikes on the Islamic Republic's nuclear facilities.
Report informs via The New York Times that neither US Vice President J.D. Vance nor IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi have any information regarding the whereabouts of 400 kg of Iranian uranium enriched to 60%. However, the strikes on Iran's nuclear infrastructure may have set its development back by 2 to 5 years, the newspaper believes.
On the night of June 22, US President Donald Trump announced that American armed forces had successfully attacked three nuclear facilities in Iran — in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. He stated that Tehran should agree to end the conflict.
Since June 13, Israel has been conducting daily strikes on Iran as part of an operation targeting the Iranian nuclear program.
