Conflict in Ukraine is not dependent on oil prices, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated at a briefing, Report informs.
"No, this conflict does not depend on oil prices," Peskov said while commenting on US President Donald Trump's remark that cheaper oil could end the war in Ukraine.
