Death toll from Russian strike on Kyiv rises above 20

At least 21 people have been killed in a massive Russian attack on Kyiv, up from an earlier reported death toll of 16.
As Report relays, this information comes from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).
Report informs, citing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, that the bodies of five more victims were extracted from the rubble of a destroyed nine-story residential building in Kyiv's Solomianskyi district over the past night.
In total, 21 people were killed and 134 injured in the incident in the Ukrainian capital.
