6.4-magnitude quake hits Fiji

An earthquake of magnitude 6.4 was recorded off the coast of Fiji, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center said, Report informs via TASS.
The epicenter was located 278 km northeast of Suva, the capital of the island state. The quake was at a depth of 548 km.
There was no information about damage or casualties. No tsunami threat was declared.
