On the eve of the third anniversary of the victory in the Second Karabakh War, a trip of an international group of travelers from 26 countries to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan began, Report informs.
The first stop was the city of Fuzuli.
On the ground, the international delegation got acquainted with the acts of vandalism committed by the Armenian forces during the occupation, with restoration work in the liberated territories, and then went to the cultural capital of the Turkic world - the city of Shusha.
The group of 50 people, led by famous traveler and NomadMania club leader Harry Mitsidis, includes participants from the US, Canada, Switzerland, the UK, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Poland, Finland, Norway, Spain, Hungary, Romania, Portugal, Singapore, Australia and other countries.
It is expected that travelers will be in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan from November 4 to 6, following the Fuzuli-Khojavand-Shusha-Kalbajar-Lachin-Zangilan-Jabrayil-Aghdam route.
Over the past two years, eight trips have been organized to Karabakh and East Zangazur in an expanded composition of delegations, the main international networks of global travelers, such as ETIC, MTP, TCC, NomadMania, Turkish Travellers Club and others.
Such trips help promote black tourism.
