Conditions created for passage of three more ICRC vehicles through Khankandi-Lachin road

Conditions have once again been created on the Khankandi-Lachin road for the passage of three more vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross and one vehicle belonging to Russian peacekeepers.

According to Report's employee informing from the scene, the vehicles passed unhindered from Lachin in the direction of Khankandi.

This once again proves that the road is open for humanitarian purposes, despite the action.
