ANAMA: Enemy spontaneously mined territories while retreating

"We did not apply to Armenia to provide maps of minefields," Idris Ismayilov, Chief of Operations of the National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), told Report.
According to him, in the First and Second Karabakh Wars, when the enemy left the territory, he spontaneously mined those territories:
"Given this, we cannot guarantee the security of everything with that map. It is incorrect to say, 'We have cleared the mines,' referring to these drawings. Therefore, it is impossible to refer to these maps entirely.
