State Housing Development Agency to build residential complex in Fuzuli city

MIDA LLC, under the State Housing Development Agency of Azerbaijan, has announced an open tender for the construction of a residential complex on an area of 8.90 hectares in the city of Fuzuli and the vertical planning of the site, which involves improving the existing terrain to achieve urban development goals.

As Report informs, the fee for participation in the tender is 600 manats. Applicants can submit preliminary documents through the single Internet portal of public procurement until 15:00 on March 4, and a tender offer and bank security up to 1% of its value - until 15:00 on March 15. The results will be announced on the portal on March 16 at 15:00.
