In January-June of 2025, Azerbaijan produced 39.9 tons of table salt, marking a 4.1% decrease year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.
As of July 1, Azerbaijan had 1.9 tons of final product in stock, which is 13.6% less compared to a year ago.
During the first half of 2025, the value of Azerbaijan’s foodstuff production amounted to 2.628 billion manats (just over $1.546 billion), representing a 12% increase compared to the same period last year.
