Wildfire in highlands of Azerbaijan's Zagatala district covers 10 hectares

Two helicopters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Azerbaijan continue firefighting operations to extinguish the wildfire that broke out in the highlands of the Yukhari Tala village of the Zagatala district, Report informs.

One hundred specialists of the MES, as well as 100 employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and locals, are involved in extinguishing the fire.

Nurlan Shabanov, deputy head of the Zagatala State Fire Protection Department, told Report that the fire covers an area of 10 hectares.
