Azerbaijan solved 87.3% of over 31,000 crimes registered last year

“As a result of mutual and effective cooperation between the Azerbaijani prosecution and internal affairs bodies, 87.3% of 31,131 crimes registered last year were solved,” Prosecutor-General Kamran Aliyev said at an expanded meeting of the board, Report informs.
He noted that 94.2% of crimes were illegal actions, the investigation and inquiry of which is carried out within the powers of the prosecutor's office and internal affairs bodies.
