Baku launches a free Wi-Fi network in 2017

Baku. 29 November. REPORT.AZ/ Launch date of free Wi-Fi network in Baku was announced.
Report informs, starting from March 2017, free wireless internet network will be available in certain areas in Baku.
Report was informed at the Baku Telephone Communications Production Association under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies free internet will be distributed in three main directions: "Initially, public free Wi-Fi will be introduced in the Seaside National Park, Fountain Square and Old City state reserve, including Flag Square.
Notably, currently, cabling is underway in the mentioned areas.
Test work is planned in the near future.
