The victims of the plane crash that occurred on December 25 in Aktau, Kazakhstan, were commemorated in Australia, Azerbaijan's Embassy in the country said, Report informs.
"The Alliance of Australian Azerbaijani Associations, together with a group of Azerbaijani community members, commemorated the victims of the Azerbaijani plane crash that occurred on December 25 at the embassy," - noted on the diplomatic mission's social media account.
An Embraer 190 aircraft belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines, operating the Baku-Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan on December 25. Of the 67 people on board the airliner, 38 died and 29 survived.
