Tamas Torma: Hungarian companies to participate in reconstruction of liberated Azerbaijani territories

Hungarian companies will be involved in restoration work not only in the village of Soltanli in the Jabrayil district, but also in other liberated territories of Azerbaijan, Hungarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Tamas Torma told Report.

According to the diplomat, Hungary has always attached importance to the restoration of Karabakh and intends to continue this cooperation.

He stressed that bilateral relations between Hungary and Azerbaijan are at a high level, mutual visits are regularly carried out, political, economic and energy cooperation is actively developing.

"Important visits are also expected in the near future," he noted.

In conclusion, the ambassador shared his impressions of Khankandi: "I am here for the first time, and I can say that the city is actively being restored and coming to life. Particular attention is paid to cultural heritage, and we are ready to cooperate in this area as well. Partnership with the Karabakh University and other institutions can make an additional contribution to the development of bilateral relations."
