President of Italy to pay two-day visit to Azerbaijan

President of Italy Sergio Mattarella will be on an official visit to Azerbaijan from September 30 to October 1.

Report informs, citing the press service of the Italian president, that upon arrival in Baku, he will hold talks with the country"s officials.

In addition, on October 1, President Mattarella will visit the campus of the Italy–Azerbaijan University in Baku, established by ADA University in cooperation with several Italian universities.

He will also visit the Alley of Martyrs and meet with the Italian community in Azerbaijan.
