President Ilham Aliyev congratulates Libyan leader on national holiday

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Mohamed Younis A Menfi, chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, on the occasion of the country's national holiday, Report informs referring to the press service of the head of state.
