Institutions should allocate 5 percent of their budgets to support women, Kristine Rosary Yuzon-Chaves, Executive Director of the Philippine Commission on Women, said at the international conference on women's empowerment in Baku, Report informs.

She emphasized that they understand the challenges facing women in the world: “There is a serious fight against discrimination against women. This is also reflected in the legislation. There is a lot to be done in terms of gender equality, and I invite all of us to join our efforts to achieve it.”
