Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Kestutis Vaskelevicius has expressed condolences in connection with the plane crash in the Kazakh city of Aktau, Report informs.
"Tragic news from Aktau about the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines plane. My deep condolences to Azerbaijan MFA, the people of Azerbaijan and to the families of the victims from all affected countries. Wishing a speedy recovery for the injured. May God protect Azerbaijan from such tragedies," the embassy wrote on X.
