Kamran Aliyev: Washington agreements became political victory for Azerbaijan

The Washington agreements between Azerbaijan and Armenia represent a political victory for Azerbaijan, which achieved victory on the battlefield, Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev said at an event marking the 107th anniversary of the establishment of the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office, Report informs.
He noted that Azerbaijan has never advocated a military solution to the conflict, but negotiations that have lasted for 30 years have yielded no results.
The prosecutor general added that the US repeal of Section 907 also marked a new political and diplomatic victory for President Ilham Aliyev.
