The state flag has been lowered at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Washington in connection with the day of mourning for the victims of the AZAL passenger plane crash near Kazakhstan's Aktau, Report informs.
US officials, representatives of the local community and diplomatic corps in Washington express their condolences regarding the tragedy.
