Diplomatic mission of French Ambassador to Azerbaijan ends

On September 5, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France Zacharie Gross on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic activity in the country, MFA told Report.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov noted the efforts of Ambassador Zacharie Gross towards the development of bilateral relations, his professional approach, and the support of the French side in demining the de-occupied territories.

Ambassador Gross emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two countries in the economic, transport and communication, humanitarian and other fields and noted that there are opportunities to advance the bilateral agenda in many areas.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues on the bilateral agenda, regional peacebuilding efforts, and other issues of mutual interest.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov wished the Ambassador success in his future activities.
