Azerbaijani-Russian border commission approves plan of activities for 2022

The tenth meeting of the Joint Azerbaijan-Russia Demarcation Commission was held in Pyatigorsk (Russia) on October 27-28. As Report has learned from the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, issues related to the continuation of the process of demarcation of the state border between Azerbaijan and Russia were discussed at the meeting, as well as the plan of activities of the commission for 2022 was given the go-ahead.
The parties announced the full implementation of the commission's activities plan for 2021. The meeting was held in the spirit of open dialogue and mutual understanding.
The next meeting of the commission is planned to be held on the territory of Azerbaijan. The dates of the meeting will be agreed upon through diplomatic channels.
