“We support the resolutions of the UN Security Council regarding the Karabakh conflict and the sovereign rights and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. In this regard, I express my regret for the recent events in Azerbaijan,” Apirat Sugondhabhirom, Ambassador of Thailand to Azerbaijan and Türkiye, told Report's Ankara office.
The diplomat, who resides in Ankara, also commented on the local anti-terror measures in Karabakh: "I believe that the contacts of the officials of the central government of Azerbaijan with the representatives of the Armenian residents living in the Karabakh region will have a positive result. I am not pessimistic about this matter.”
