“The 12th Conference of Ministers of Culture in the Islamic World started in Doha, Qatar,” Nazim Samamdov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Morocco and Senegal, Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to ICESCO, wrote on X, Report informs.
