Russian Central Bank reduces interest rates to 11%

The Central Bank of Russia has reduced the discount rate by three percentage points to 11% from 14%, Report informs, citing the bank.
The change in the interest rate was caused by a strengthening ruble and a decline in inflation expectations of the population.
