Azerbaijan and Cambodia hold negotiations to eliminate double taxation

The first stage of negotiations on a draft agreement on the elimination of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and the prevention of tax evasion between Azerbaijan and Cambodia was held in Phnom Penh, the capital city of the latter, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy.

Experts of the agency and an authorized representative of the Ministry of Finance participated in the negotiations from Azerbaijan, and authorized representatives of the Department of Taxation under the Ministry of Finance and Economy from Cambodia.

As a result of the discussions, an agreement was reached on most of the articles of the draft, and it was decided to continue the negotiations in order to agree on several articles.
