Erdogan: TANAP supplied 18.5 bcm of gas to European markets

To date, the Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline (TANAP) has delivered 18.5 billion cubic meters of gas to European markets, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the launch ceremony of the second stage of the Silivri underground gas storage expansion project.
According to Report's bureau in Ankara, the Turkish leader noted that important meetings were held with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and appropriate steps have been taken and will continue to be taken in the energy sector.
He said thanks to the Turkish Stream project, Turkiye plays an important role in providing Europe with gas.
