Azerbaijan to see growth in oil and gas production from Bahar field 

Bahar oilfield is expected to produce 0.238 million barrels of oil in 2022, Report informs, citing the Opinion of the Chamber of Account of Azerbaijan on the budget of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ).

According to information, the field is projected to produce 0.185 million cubic meters of gas in 2021, down 28.6% from the forecast for 2022.

In 2020, this figure was 0.18 million, which is down 32.22% from the forecast for the next year.

At the same time, the Bahar field will produce 278.775 million cubic meters of gas in 2022, up 27.9% from the forecast of 218.007 million cubic meters for 2021.

In 2020, this figure was 181.01 million, 54% less than the forecast for 2022.
