Azerbaijan reduces marketable propylene production by over 8%

In January-November this year, Azerbaijan produced 118,700 tons of propylene, 118,800 tons of polyethylene, and 123,500 tons of ethylene, Report informs citing the State Statistics Committee.

In January-August, 113,600 tons of propylene production fell to the share of marketable products.

The production of propylene for the reporting period decreased by 10.6%, and marketable propylene - by 8.4%.

In January-November this year, the production of ethylene and polyethylene in the country decreased by 22.3% and 20.1%, respectively.
