Azerbaijan more than doubles natural gas imports from Turkmenistan

Azerbaijan imported 732,208,320 cubic meters of natural gas worth $109,187,280 from Turkmenistan in January-June 2023, respectively, up 439,352,580 cubic meters (2.5 times) and $77,305,430 (3.4 times) from the previous year, Report informs, citing eth State Statistical Committee.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported 1,532,874,070 cubic meters of natural gas worth $252,413,480 in total, up $1,173,927,160, or 4.3 times, and $218,023,060, or 7.3 times, from a year earlier.
