Azerbaijan increases kerosene imports from Germany

In the first eight months of 2022, Azerbaijan imported 6,769 tons of kerosene fuel (except for kerosene fuel for jet engines) for $10.758 million, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistics Committee.
Compared to the same period 2021, this is 3 times more in value terms, and 2.2 times more in quantitative terms.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported 5,506 tons of kerosene fuel from the Netherlands for $8.975 million, 1,069 tons (-64.4%) from Belgium for $1.466 million (-58.3%), 178 tons from Italy for $235,930, 6.78 tons (+22 times) from Germany $28,940 (+9.1 times), 3.1 tons (+3.8 times) from Turkiye for $16,120 (+5.3 times).
