Bayramov made the announcement during a briefing held by the coalition, which addressed the poisoning of Azerbaijani rivers and the broader ecological impact on the South Caucasus caused by Armenia's illegal mining activities.

He emphasized the severe pollution of the Araz River, stating: "Nearly 30 non-governmental organizations from 13 countries have joined the 'Environmental Protection First' coalition to protest Armenia's environmentally harmful operations.
