CEC Chairman: Equal conditions are created for all parties participating in presidential elections

Equal conditions were created for all parties participating in the snap presidential elections, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Mazahir Panahov, told journalists, Report informs.

He also said that they have started a seminar on the resolution of election disputes with the Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal based on the general awareness program related to the snap presidential elections:

"According to the law, all parties participating in the election have equal rights for complaints and appeals. All election participants—registered candidates for the presidency and their authorized representatives—can use those rights."
