The Baku Initiative Group (BIG) will start cooperation with Reunion in decolonization matters, BIG Executive Director Abbas Abbasov said in response to Report’s question during the organization's press conference dedicated to the December 14 decolonization day.
Abbasov noted that the expansion of decolonization activities has both positive and negative aspects:
"During the one year and four months since the BIG began operations, the number of territories we cooperate with has reached 14. This year, the Comoros Islands have also joined our scope. We hope that the number of territories and peoples suffering from colonization will decrease."
