Almost 650 foreigners applied for work permit in Azerbaijan in October

In October, 16,152 foreigners and stateless persons applied to the State Migration Service (SMS) of Azerbaijan for registration at their place of stay in the country.

Report informs, citing the state service that in October, 7,935 people applied for obtaining and extending residence permits in the country, 148 applied regarding citizenship issues, 1,526 applied for determination of Azerbaijani citizenship, and 643 applied to either obtain or extend work permits for paid employment in the country.
