July 5 marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, Report informs.
Abdullah Eren, the head of the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) of Turkiye, congratulated the State Committee on this occasion.
He stated that there is close cooperation between the diaspora institutions of the two countries and emphasized that friendship, brotherhood, and mutual trust between Presidents Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ilham Aliyev are the basis of this.
Eren said that mutual cooperation would be continued per the Shusha Declaration and the philosophy of "One nation, two states, one diaspora":
"On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of its establishment, I congratulate everyone working in the State Committee for Work with Diaspora, including my dear friend Fuad Muradov."
Eldar Aliyev, the honored artist of Russia, also congratulated the Chairman of the State Committee, Fuad Muradov:
"Dear Mr. Fuad!
"I congratulate you and your team on the 20th anniversary of the State Committee. The mission entrusted to you and which you have successfully fulfilled is undoubtedly an integral part of the state policy. This mission is aimed at uniting Azerbaijanis living in all four corners of our planet. This mission is an important part of state policy. One of the critical aspects of this policy is the promotion of the rich Azerbaijani culture all over the world. Without the spiritual development of society, its full improvement is impossible. I wish you success in fulfilling the tasks set by Mr. President Ilham Aliyev, and I wish that the efforts for the prosperity and strengthening of great Azerbaijan will be united and directed to one place. The President of the Napoli-Baku Association, Giuseppe Caniglia, conveyed his congratulations on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the State Committee on Work with the Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which was established at the initiative of the great leader Heydar Aliyev:
"On behalf of the Azerbaijanis in Italy and the world, on my own behalf, on behalf of the Napoli-Baku Association, which will be 15 years old this year, I convey my sincere greetings to Chairman Fuad Muradov."
Messoud Ashina, a member of the Board of Trustees of the YAŞAT Foundation, Professor of Neurology in the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen, Director of the Human Migraine Research Unit at the Danish Headache Center and Department of Neurology, noted that a strong Azerbaijan means a strong diaspora:
"I congratulate the State Committee for Work with Diaspora, which carries an honorable and responsible mission of bringing together Azerbaijanis of the world and coordinating the work of diaspora organizations, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of its establishment and wish success."
